If you need information, you have a query or claim in relation to your investments, check your contract and communicate with the issuer, manager of the fund, broker or agent of securities, as applicable. Remember that according to the law there are limited terms to file legal actions.

In case you address the issuer, manager of the fund, broker or agent of securities, as applicable, consider the following aspects: Was the communication clear? You could send us your queries or claims by e-mail, facsimile or ordinary mail using the on line Form of Claims, or sending the Form by facsimile , which should be signed by you and sent to the Record Office of the Service.

It is advisable that your queries have a chronological description and are enclosed, when pertinent, with back-up documents
