However, you could always request information, submit your queries or claims related to your investments, at the offices of the Investor's Attention Department of the SVS, located in Av. Lib. Bernardo O'Higgins 1449, floor 10.
You could send us your queries or claims by e-mail, facsimile or ordinary mail using the on line Form of Claims, or sending the Form by facsimile , which should be signed by you and sent to the Record Office of the Service.
