This searching tool allows finding:
a) All the Regulations of General Type and Communications dictated by the SVS as from January 1st, 1981, either in effect or not. Exceptionally, Communications prior to that date are included as they are still in force.
b) All the effective Official Form Letters related to the area of Securities and Insurance from that same date.
To search one or more documents you should:
Define one or more selection criteria, such as: Type of regulation you need (default all types), number, range, issuing date, title, describers or subjects through which the regulations has been classified. (help)
Once the searching criterion (criteria) is defined, press the button Search.

Important: All texts are only in spanish version. You can display the documents which issuing date is higher or equal to January 1st, 1981. The rest of the regulation is in digitalization process and for the moment, you could request it through the subscribing system (available in this site), or in the Module of Sales of Publications located in Av. Libertador Bernardo O´Higgins 1449, Tower II, 2nd floor. |
