Documentation center

The Documentation Center of the SVS offers the service to consult about documents of public nature in relation to legal, administrative and financial information of all the supervised entities.
Business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m, from Monday to Friday, located at Av. Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins 1449, 2nd Tower, 2nd floor.


	Service Description: For the attention of the users, the SVS has a Documentation Center provided with information of legal, administrative and financial nature of all the entities supervised by this organism (Registry of Securities Exchange and Insurance Market Entities) The document is available in folders of classified backgrounds according to entity and type of document. Each folder has both information sent by the supervised party, and the information issued by the SVS. Access to public type documents is allowed only, a fact that is qualified by the SVS in relation to the laws and regulations in force. There is specialized personnel that will guide the user to obtain the documentation as required.

	Location and Hours of Operation : The Documentation center is located in Av. Lib. Bernardo O'Higgins 1449, Tower II, 2nd Floor, and its attention hour is from 9:00 to 13:30.

	Type of documentation to be found: The content of each folder will depend on the type of entity and the regulations in force in relation to the documentation it should dispatch to the SVS. The following documents are included in the documentation: Financial Statements (FECU), Annual Reports, Material News, Shareholders Meetings, Lists of Shareholders, Shares Issuance, Bonds Issuance, Investment Funds Shares, SVS' Official Letters, Resolutions, among others.

	Requirements to access the service: Identity Card

	Cost of the service: The service is free of charge, but if the user requires so, the documentation could be photocopied, and in this case, it has a cost per sheet.
