Certification Duties
As from April 1, 2001, and pursuant to the provisions contained in articles 4 letter p) and 14 letter g) of D.L. 3,538 of 1980 (SVS Charter), issuance of certificates granted for registrations or approvals given by the SVS and contained in the public registries that must be kept pursuant to the law, shall be subject to collection of a duty equivalent to UF 0.2 per copy, that has to be paid at the time of obtaining the corresponding certification according to the value of the UF on the last working day of the month before such in which the payment is made.
