Description of the Service:
The Directors Registry certificate is a document certifying the quality and effectiveness of the: President, Director, Manager, Administrator and Adjuster of a person in a corporation controlled by this Superintendencia. In the event this certificate is required for a date different than the ongoing date, this situation should be stated in the respective application and the date of interest.

Service Request:
The certificate may be requested in person at the Correspondence Office of the SVS, located in Av. Lib. Bernando O'Higgins 1449, eight floor, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., or through the Institutional Website (Internet) and it will have to be withdrawn as indicated in the service request.

Estimated Time of the Formality:
Personal delivery or by mail within the 24 hours following reception of the request (subject to correctness of data of the service request and to the corresponding payment).
