Under the provisions contained in articles 14 and following of the Charter of the SVS (D.L No. 3,538 of 1980), acts consisting, among others, of registrations in the Registries kept by the SVS, existence approvals and authorizations, internal regulations, insurance contracts or policies, and certifications granted by the institution, shall be subject to the payment of duties as established in the above referred law.
Payment of proceedings subject to collection shall be made at the time of obtaining the corresponding registration, approval, or certification, and before withdrawing the requested document. The respective proceedings and the corresponding right (expressed in UF and in $), may be looked up in the List of Subject Formalities and their rights. Value of the UF to be used corresponds to such observed on the last working day of the month before such in which the payment is made.
Payments may be made in the Sale Office of the SVS (Av. Lib. Bernardo O'Higgins 1449 , first floor, Santiago), in cash or through promissory note or check, drawn in the name of the Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros, or through deposit, in cash or promissory note, in the current account of the Institution: Current Account No. 133591 of Banco del Estado de Chile, headquarters. If the payment is made through a deposit in cash, deposit voucher shall be sent via fax to 617 4101, attention: Budget Office.
