Proceedings subject to collection of duties

Registrations in registries, authorizations, and approvals, modifications or filings, and others

You must use Form No. 1 (such as registrations in the Registry kept by the SVS, existence approvals and authorizations, internal regulations, insurance contracts or policies, modifications or filings), which shall be the only means to make the corresponding request. Such form shall be submitted in person or addressed by letter, attaching the corresponding backgrounds, to the Correspondence Office of the SVS, located in Av. Lib. Bernardo O'Higgins 1449, 1° Floor, Santiago.

Certifications

To obtain your certificate, you must fill in Form No. 2, and submit it in person to the Correspondence Office of the SVS , located in Av. Lib. Bernardo O'Higgins 1449, 1° Floor, Santiago, or by this means, filling in the following Form No. 2 - internet. The list of Certificates that may be obtained in the SVS may be looked up in the List of Certificates.
